The DCS supports individuals with developmental disabilities in ABLE’s vocational/residential programs, enabling them to lead healthy, independent, and productive lives as fully as possible, promoting full community inclusion and the full exercise of their rights as citizens of their communities, state, and country. DCS supports day-to-day operations of the Vocational/Residential programs provided in accordance with ABLE’s policies and procedures and all monitoring agencies, such as the Department of Human Services (DHS), Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS), Oklahoma health Care Authority (OHCA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA), Equal employment Opportunity Commision (EEOC) and other federal, state and local governing bodies.

Must be 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license without restrictions, have satisfactory reference checks (OSBI, DDS Community Services Registry, and previous employment), satisfactory drug screening, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions.
